The former speakeasy is the home of America’s first gourmet hamburger—they debuted it in the 1950s—and its burger is still as solid more than half a century later. Made with a custom Master Purveyors dry-aged blend patty, house-made relish, and a brioche bun from nearby Amy’s Bread, the burger embodies decadent, old-school NYC dining through and through. Pair it with a full-bodied Napa Valley Cabernet to enhance flavors from both the burger and the wine.
