Saxon + Parole’s burger is a blend of dry-aged beef, topped with maple bacon, Havarti cheese, a fried egg all on a house-made ‘Everything’ brioche bun. The burger is accompanied by twice cooked fries with spicy ketchup and blue cheese aioli.  A Napa Valley Red really highlights the unctuousness of the burger patty and its toppings all the way through to the side dishes and condiments.

About Rich Dreher – Head Sommelier

Growing up in New Jersey, Rich took on his first restaurant industry job working as a line cook at Brother’s Moon, a French country bistro. It was there, under the tutelage of CIA-trained chef Will Mooney, that Rich learned the importance of terroir and has abided by that philosophy ever since. Now a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Rich continues to fight for the small producer, the all-American winery, and the respect for the “sense of place” both at Saxon + Parole and as an NYC liaison to the NY State wine regions in partnership with the New York Wine & Grape Foundation.
