Morgan’s passion for wine is rooted in wine’s vast agricultural history and its relationship to food culture, which inspires his relentless pursuit to expand his expertise. He is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and completed coursework with the American Sommelier Association, as well as on-the-ground viticulture education during the 2011 harvest. For Morgan, the evolution of styles of Napa winemaking and the new generation of winemakers is what continues to make the region one of the most dynamic regions in the United States.
