The Aureole Burger with a full body Napa Valley Bordeaux-style blend

135 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036

“The Aureole burger is pretty classic: a thick half-pound beef patty adorned with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, secret sauce, all on a crispy-fluffy, house-made brioche bun. Likewise, a classic Napa Valley Red Blend—with a full body, lush tannins, and a great set of savory aromatics—is in perfect harmony with the burger and its accoutrements.” — Morgan Harris, Head Sommelier

The barroom inside Aureole has been satiating Midtown East burger cravings for the better part of the last decade. The big, beefy, decidedly two-handed Aureole Burger is just as spectacular as any you’d expect from Charlie Palmer—topped with white cheddar, applewood-smoked bacon, and a creamy pickled-ramp dressing, it pairs perfectly with a vibrantly acidic, ripe-fruit-forward Napa Valley Red Blend to balance out the richness.
