A Grass-Fed Cheeseburger with a wonderful Napa Valley Merlot

Corkbuzz Restaurant and Wine Bar

13 E 13th Street, New York, NY 10003

“I am getting married in Napa and I wanted to bring a bit of it to NYC via this burger, which is grass-fed with Vella cheddar and arugula on a potato bun. I love the texture of Napa Valley Merlot with this flavorful-yet-tender burger.” – Laura Maniec, Owner and Wine Director

Corkbuzz is a wine-centric restaurant owned and run by master sommelier Laura Maniec. A popular spot for sommeliers and winos of all stripes, the best seat in the house is at the bar, where you might be lucky enough rub elbows with someone happy enough to share a taste from whatever bottle they might be drinking down. Settle in and order the Farmstead Inn Burger, an off-menu, dinner-only grass-fed cheeseburger that Maniec loves to pair with a glass of young Napa Valley Merlot.
