Did you know that Emmy Squared boasts a separate downstairs burger bar (!), that serves its own fancy fast-food-style burger? Snuggled inside a pretzel bun, the Le Big Matt is a double stack of wet-aged, locally grass-fed beef, layered with slices of white American cheese, crunchy mizuna, and bread-and-butter pickles. The burger is topped with lashings of “Sammy” sauce (mayonnaise mixed with spicy sambal).
