Megan Ardizoni, Beverage Director for TAO Group’s Vandal, Beauty & Essex and The Stanton Social, has been working in the restaurant industry for the last 15 years. After working as beverage manager for EMM and The Standard, Megan made the move to TAO Group in 2013. Megan’s prides herself on identifying what people love to drink and working to incorporate those spirits into Tao Group’s beverage program while maintain the menus integrity. Megan is also responsible for curating wine lists and developing seasonal cocktail menus for all three venues. What Megan loves most about Napa Valley Wines is how deeply rooted the region is in the history of American wine making. The region is constantly improving and evolving and it’s a real testament to what the country is capable of.
